As Christians, we believe that our actions have a lasting impact on not only ourselves, but also on future generations. Our faith teaches us to live our lives in such a way that honors God and leaves a positive legacy for our children and grandchildren to follow. A couple of weeks ago I did a bible study on the woman with the issue of blood. I was amazed by this miracle story sandwiched in the healing story of Jairus’s daughter. There are so many jaw dropping facts about Jesus & the woman with the issue of blood in this short story.

In most recent times, I have found myself worrying more than I have been in the past. Mostly because of the stress and demands of life. I think it’s human nature to worry, we worry because we think we can fix things. It’s the fight or flight mode in our brain triggered when we sense danger is ahead.

This blog post on anxiety and depression took me a long time to write as it was hard to express my emotions in words. But now that I am in a better frame of mind, I am ready to share my journey.
